Do you like playing video games? Have you wondered what it takes to create your favorite game?  Intro to Video Game Design class is a beginner class to teach students the basics of making basic games that can be played on a computer or online.  Using a video game creation app and premade codes.  Video Game Design will teach students how to add in codes using Unity and a code editing app.  Students will follow instructions to make their games in class.

Then we will research different games to learn about game play: what makes a game fun, how to add challenges but still make it winnable, and adding rules to games.  Students will play a variety of games in the class in order to answer these questions.
